Allison and Zach are a couple after my own heart. I had so much fun photographing this Little Rock engagement session last week. Allison requested to begin the session at The Old Statehouse Museum and then was open to my suggestions after that.

They will be getting married next year in downtown Little Rock and will have their first look at The Old Statehouse Museum so of course we had to go there first! I love the gorgeous landscaping and architecture of the museum. It made for such classy and beautiful portraits.

For the second half of their engagement session, I suggested we head down to The Clinton Library to look for some fall foliage (I think the fall colors are coming a little bit late this year!! Still – The Clinton Library is gorgeous nontheless!) for their sweaters and we got the best of everything during their session! And of course they brought their furry child – Ryker! These two are set to be married next June and I can’t wait!

Allison and Zach met a few years ago in college. They were in honors together, and also had band together! Zach proposed at a gathering of friends one evening. The friend group was having a powerpoint presentation night! I’d seen this fun group night idea going around on TikTok so I was excited to hear where this was going… Allison’s powerpoint was a presentation on which of her friend’s she’d cast in Shrek the Musical. And then Zach’s powerpoint was all of his and Allison’s memories together which ended with a proposal. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So sweet and SO unique!!!

I can’t wait to see Allison for her bridals and then for their wedding! Come on, June 2023!! We’re excited for you!
