Boudoir photography is a relatively new endeavor in my photography career – but when I did one for the first time in a few years late 2022, my soul was IGNITED with a fire for boudoir photography!
Backstory – late last year, I got an inquiry through my website from a SWEET girl who was looking for a boudoir photographer in the area. She wasn’t having much luck finding exactly what she was looking for. She happened to stumble upon my site and really enjoyed my style, but wasn’t sure if I even did boudoir photography. Taking a chance, she emailed me anyways just to see. I was so excited to have gotten her inquiry and was like HECK YES girl! Let’s do this!
Fast forward to her shoot, which was a Christmas gift for her husband, we really just had so much fun. I was a little nervous, as I don’t do boudoir very often – but we fell into the swing of things and found our rhythm, and we were both OBSESSED with the outcome and her husband LOVED her album she gifted him a few weeks later for Christmas.
It was around that time that I figured we had a need in Little Rock. And I had SO MUCH FUN doing her boudoir session, that I decided to pursue it even further and work on building an online portfolio for other women to find! Wether it be a google search, word of mouth, or you come across it on my Instagram – I wanted to put it out there for the world to see that YES! I photograph boudoir in Little Rock and I am HERE FOR YOU!
Celeste and I JUMPED at the concept of doing a bridal boudoir session as part of our session together. I couldn’t imagine anyone more perfect to do this with me than her. I ordered a veil from amazon, ordered a bouquet and we did the damn thing! Then for the second half of her session, she wore a lacy black teddy with a plunging V neckline that I am OBSESSED with and want for myself honestly.
