Gabby and Stephan’s wedding at The Ballroom at I Street in Bentonville, Arkansas was colorful, joyful, and packed with thoughtful details from beginning to end. Their palette mixed soft purples and blues with peach, pink, orange, and citrus tones—a combination that felt playful and summery while still being incredibly beautiful.
Their outdoor ceremony took place beneath the trees, with flowing white fabric and colorful florals framing the space. Gabby wore a classic ballgown paired with the most incredible floral-detailed veil, embroidered with colorful flowers around the edge. It was one of those details that felt completely unique to her and tied into the entire design of the day perfectly.
Inside the ballroom, they carried those same colors into the reception with greenery, bud vases, candles, citrus scattered along the tables, warm terracotta napkins, and pops of lavender throughout. Even the bar signage and drinks fit the colorful, slightly whimsical feel of the day. And yes—there was a coffee bar, which automatically earns points from me.
But beyond how beautiful everything was, this wedding meant a lot to me personally. Gabby and I were best friends in high school, so getting to photograph this season of her life years later was incredibly special. There’s something surreal about knowing someone as a teenager and then one day standing behind the camera as she walks down the aisle toward the person she’s going to spend her life with.
And once the formalities were over, these two celebrated. A packed dance floor, outfit change, bubble exit, and plenty of moments that were a little chaotic in the very best way.
Gabby and Stephan, getting to document this day for you was such a gift. 🤍
