Katie’s smile and laughter is just as contagious as it is beautiful. This Legacy Acres Bridal session has my heart, but I knew going into it that it would. With Katie, I know I’m going to have the best time. Katie is the sweetest bride and she brought her precious maid of honor and mom to her bridal session and it was just like hanging out with 3 amazing friends for the afternoon.
On top of having the most PERFECT bride, the weather was perfect, the lighting was gorgeous, Legacy Acres serves as a perfection location for any session each and every time, and all of Katie’s elements to her bridal look were on point. To say I was in photographer heaven would be an understatement!
When Katie got her wedding dress on in the bridal suite, I just knew that her dress was made for her. I’m obsessed with the plunging V neckline, and there’s a whole layer of SPARKLES in her dress! Reminded me of that Taylor Swift song! “Best believe I’m still bejeweled when I walk in the room. I can still make the whole place shimmer.” And Katie doesn’t just shimmer on the outside, but she is just as beautiful on the inside!
We had the best time walking around Legacy Acres and shooting her portraits. Her sweet maid of honor, Allie, was the BEST hype woman for Katie and was such a help to me when it came to fluffing her dress. We talked all things wedding, life, and BOOKS! It was truly the best evening with the sweetest group of gals – and it made me even MORE excited for their wedding coming up on May 13th at Legacy Acres!
