What a complete freaking BLAST this day was. As I finished up the edits on this Legacy Acres Wedding gallery and chose images for the blog post, I found myself smiling ear to ear remembering this day so vividly and how much fun we all had. Tanzetta and Clev, their family and friends, bridal party and vendors all genuinely enjoyed ourselves so much during their wedding.

We laughed, we cried and had so much fun. The brides had so many well thought out and personal touches that they incorporated into their wedding day. I’m SUCH a huge fan of Tanzetta’s custom made pant suit! Yes- it’s a pant suit! It looks like a dress, but it was a wide legged pant suit!

A few of my most favorite parts of the day occured during their ceremony. Tanzetta’s daughter walked her about halfway down the aisle, where she stood and waited for her bride. Clev’s son escorted her down the aisle to her bride, Tanzetta. The brides met in the middle of the aisle and walked the rest of the way together.

During their vows, Tanzetta surprised Clev by SINGING – yes, singing. And not only that, but the bridal party was in on it too- then to top it all off, ALL of the guests were in on it! Everyone in attendance was singing to Clev and it had to have been one of the sweetest, most awesome and genuine things I’ve ever seen in my career as a wedding photographer. It was SO cool – I have chills even now thinking back on it. Clev was SOOO surprised.

Their bridal party was the sweetest and best hype squad for these brides, and their entire reception was a PARTY. What an absolutely amazing day – one that I’ll never forget.
